our process
Consultation
Exploritech is not just another Website Development Company; we are a team of professionals that have a firm understanding and background in business, and the Internet. Therefore, the very first step in the process of website design, or website redesign begins by meeting with each client in order to learn about their business or organization, budget constraints, timelines for completion, business objectives, target audiences, and what it is they want to accomplish with their website.
Proposal
After an Exploritech consultant has had the opportunity to meet with a client to discuss their needs, our team will then prepare a formal proposal. This proposal will allow a client to understand more clearly what we envision for their website presence, including possible navigational buttons, content, design, and technical functions.
Exploritech Checklist
Once a proposal is accepted, and a contract has been signed, we will deliver a checklist to you so that the collection of content, such as images, text, and forms is simplified and organized. In doing so, all individuals involved in the construction of the website will know the key dates of when information is due in order to keep on schedule.
Construction
When it comes to the Internet, nothing could be worse than creating
a beautiful, eye catching site that is unable to function properly,
and is not easy to navigate. That is why we design for function
first and foremost. Once Exploritech has received the necessary
information from a client such as forms, text, and images, our
professional design team will begin construction on the website.
Using the most up to date technological tools, our programmers
and designers will begin the construction phase by producing
the homepage. You will be able to view the newly designed homepage,
along with the entire progress of your new website online, each
step of the way.
Testing
After the Exploritech designers and programmers have tested the website internally, it is now time for the client to review the site. At this point, we request that the client provide feedback to us regarding any modifications that are necessary prior to the official launch of the website.
Launch
After a client has reviewed the website, modifications have been made, and the client approves, the newly designed website will go live for the entire world to see.
